If you have a HP Pavilion dv6-6005st Entertainment Notebook PC, and you are installing the SATA driver from a USB FDD, then you would use the up/down arrow keys to scroll to and select the Intel(R) Mobile Express Chipset SATA AHCI Controller. The dv6-6005st has the Intel HM65 chipset, not the 70.

- I have intel SSDs on my notebook computer, one is NVMe in the M.2 slot and the other is SATA 6GB. The computer has an Intel CPU and HM370 chipset. I'm using the Intel controller driver (iaStorAC.sys version 16.7.0.1009). That's actually an older version, I had an issue with the latest version.
Sata Controller Driver

I have the Maximus V Formual which has the Intel Z77 chipset. I just did a clean install of Windows 10 64Bit.
Sadly I did NOT find much drivers on Asus website, in particular the SATA drivers for the Intel SATA Controller. In device manager I have listed under IDE ATA/ATAP Controllers category the following 3 entries: Standard SATA AHCI Controller.
Without the proper driver, performance and functionality is limited, correct?
Any suggestions where I can download the Intel SATA Driver for Windows 10?
